All Products sold by Nextday Sciences LLC are strictly designated:

- Products will not be repackaged, resold, or redistributed.
- You assume all responsibility and liability for misuse or improper handling.
4. THIRD-PARTY SOURCING, FULFILLMENT & INVENTORY MODEL
Nextday Sciences LLC operates as a research supply distributor and coordinates fulfillment through independent third-party partners and sourcing manufacturers. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the following fulfillment structure:
A. Single-Unit Orders (“Singles”)
- Single-unit Products are typically shipped directly from independent fulfillment partners.
- In limited circumstances, Singles may be shipped directly by Nextday Sciences LLC only when inventory is personally held in stock.
- Partner-fulfilled Singles may ship from various domestic locations.
B. Multi-Unit Orders (“Boxes”)
- Box orders (multi-unit quantities) are shipped directly from the sourcing manufacturer.
- Manufacturer-fulfilled shipments may originate from domestic or international facilities.
C. General Acknowledgments
You expressly acknowledge that:
- Nextday Sciences LLC does not manufacture Products unless explicitly stated.
- Fulfillment location, packaging, labeling, and shipping origin may vary by order type.
- Third-party fulfillment does not alter RUO designation or product classification.
- The Company does not control carrier operations, customs processing, or third-party handling procedures.
You waive any claims arising from fulfillment origin, shipment routing, or third-party handling.
5. CERTIFICATES OF ANALYSIS (COAs)
Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided by the originating partner, supplier, or manufacturing facility.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- COAs may not reference “Nextday Sciences LLC” or “Nextday Peptides.”
- COAs may display the name of a third-party laboratory, partner, or manufacturing facility.
- COAs are provided as-is for informational and research documentation purposes only.
- Nextday Sciences LLC does not alter, reissue, or rebrand third-party COAs.
- COAs are not guarantees of safety, suitability, or fitness for any use.
The absence of Company branding on COAs does not affect product authenticity or classification.
6. PAYMENTS — MANUAL & STRICT (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Nextday Peptides does not accept credit cards, debit cards, or any card-based payment methods. Accepted Payment Methods ONLY:
- Venmo
- Cash App
- Zelle
- Cryptocurrency
By completing checkout, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- Checkout creates a binding obligation to remit payment.
- Orders are not considered paid until funds are successfully received.
- Payment instructions are provided on the Website and/or post-checkout.
- You must include ONLY your 4-digit order number when submitting payment.
- No additional notes, descriptions, or information may be included.
Failure to follow payment instructions may result in cancellation or permanent restriction.
7. UNPAID ORDERS & BLACKLISTING
Orders that remain unpaid may be cancelled without notice. The Company reserves the right to permanently blacklist customers who fail to remit payment, including blacklisting of:
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Associated identifiers or accounts
Blacklisting decisions are final and non-reversible.
8. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR CHARGEBACKS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Under no circumstances does Nextday Sciences LLC issue refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, credits, or chargebacks, including but not limited to:
- Failure to submit payment correctly
- Shipping delays or customs actions
- Fulfillment origin or routing
- Product misuse or misunderstanding
- Order abandonment
You expressly waive all rights to dispute or reverse payment. This section incorporates the No Refunds Policy by reference.
9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Delivery timelines are estimates only.
- Risk of loss transfers upon shipment.
- The Company is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, seizure, or misdelivery.
10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
For international shipments:
- Customers assume all customs and import risk.
- No refunds or reships for seized, delayed, or rejected shipments.
