Acceptance of Terms

By accessing nextdaypeptides.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our related policies, including the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase our products.

By visiting and using this site, you also acknowledge the Privacy Policy’s abandoned-cart recovery program: we may log cart activity and contact details you provide, and — with the consent you give at checkout — may reach you by phone call, SMS/text, or email if you leave without completing checkout.

Eligibility & Qualified Researchers

• You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Nextday Peptides
• Products are sold exclusively to qualified researchers, laboratories, and entities capable of safely handling research chemicals
• We ship to supported U.S. addresses only; international orders are not accepted
• You represent that you will use products strictly for laboratory, scientific, forensic, or analytical research

Research Use Only (RUO)

All products are labeled and sold for Research Use Only. They are not for human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion, or any clinical, veterinary, diagnostic, or therapeutic application. Nextday Sciences LLC is not a compounding pharmacy or drug manufacturer under Sections 503A or 503B of the FD&C Act.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and payment verification before shipment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that violate these terms or applicable law. Pricing, fees, and accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

All Sales Final

Except where required by applicable law, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on research compounds. See our Payments, Refunds & Returns Policy for payment-specific terms.

Shipping

Shipping terms, carriers, and delivery expectations are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.

Intellectual Property

Site content, branding, product descriptions, and images are owned by Nextday Sciences LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Products and site content are provided “as is” for research purposes. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Product descriptions and COAs are provided for research documentation support and do not constitute medical or professional advice.

Certificates of Analysis (COAs)

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) posted in our COA Library or referenced on product pages are provided by our manufacturing vendors and/or their contracted testing laboratories. Nextday Peptides does not independently test each lot in-house and is not the analytical laboratory named on those reports.

We share vendor COAs for research documentation support. Methods, results, identity claims, and lot coverage remain those of the issuing vendor or lab. COA availability varies by product and batch. Purchasers are responsible for verifying that the lot on the vial matches the COA on file before use in laboratory work.

Product pages do not advertise a catalog-wide HPLC percentage. Lot documentation / COA is available; review the applicable certificate for reported test results and methodology. Where any storefront wording and a lot COA differ, treat the lot COA as the batch record for that material.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nextday Sciences LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, including reliance on vendor-provided COAs or product descriptions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
