This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs order processing, fulfillment, shipping methods, delivery timelines, and risk allocation for all orders placed with Nextday Sciences LLC operating under the brand Nextday Peptides.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed according to the following schedule:

  • Orders paid and confirmed before 1:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day
  • Orders paid after 1:00 PM EST are processed the next business day

Orders are not processed on:

  •  Saturdays or Sundays
  • Federal holidays
  • Certain high-volume processing days

Orders are considered confirmed only after payment is successfully received.

2. FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING STRUCTURE

Nextday Sciences LLC operates as a research supply distributor and coordinates fulfillment through independent third-party partners and sourcing manufacturers.

A. Single-Unit Orders (“Singles”)

  • Singles are typically shipped directly from independent fulfillment partners
  • In limited cases, Singles may ship directly from Nextday Sciences LLC only when inventory is personally held
  • Partner-fulfilled Singles may ship from various domestic U.S. locations

B. Multi-Unit Orders (“Boxes”)

  • Box orders are shipped directly from the sourcing manufacturer
  • Manufacturer shipments may originate from domestic or international facilities
  • International transit times may vary and are outside Company’s control

C. General Fulfillment Acknowledgment

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Fulfillment origin, routing, packaging, and labeling may vary by order type
  • Nextday Sciences LLC does not manufacture Products unless explicitly stated
  • Third-party fulfillment does not alter Research Use Only (RUO) designation
  • The Company does not control third-party handling, carrier operations, or customs processing

3. SHIPPING METHODS OFFERED

A. Same-Day Delivery (South Florida Only)

Same-day delivery may be available for qualifying research orders within select South Florida regions.

Conditions:

  • Must be placed and paid before the stated cutoff time
  • Available to research facilities, laboratories, or eligible business addresses only
  • Not available for Box orders
  • Availability is not guaranteed and may vary by partner or courier
  • Additional fees may apply

Same-day delivery is offered strictly for laboratory and research use customers.


B. Expedited Shipping (United States Only)

Expedited shipping options may be available for U.S. domestic orders.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery timelines are carrier estimates only
  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds or reships
  • Temperature sensitivity during transit does not qualify for refunds

C. Standard Shipping

Standard shipping options may include:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Other carrier services are based on location and availability

Typical delivery estimates range from 2–7 business days, depending on fulfillment origin and destination.

4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once an order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment is accepted by the carrier.

5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

6. DELIVERY ISSUES & RESPONSIBILITY

A. Packages Marked “Delivered”

Once a carrier marks a package as Delivered, the order is considered fulfilled. Nextday Sciences LLC is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages
  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error
  • Packages delivered to mailrooms, offices, or shared locations
  • Unsecured delivery locations

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Use secure delivery addresses
  • Request signature confirmation when available

B. Lost Packages

If a package is marked lost in transit:

  • The Company will assist with carrier verification
  • Replacement or reship is not guaranteed
  • Carrier investigations may take several days or weeks
  • Resolution is subject to carrier findings

C. Damaged Packages

If a package arrives damaged:

You must:

  • Photograph the exterior box, interior contents, and damage
  • Contact orders@nextdaypeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include order number and supporting images

Replacements are not issued for damage caused by:

  • Carrier mishandling beyond packaging control
  • Temperature exposure
  • Transit delays
  • Improper storage after delivery

7. ADDRESS ERRORS

Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for refunds or free reships. If an address error is identified:

  • You must contact us immediately before shipment

  • Returned packages may be reshipped only upon payment of a new shipping fee
