This policy governs accepted payment methods, payment obligations, refunds, returns, and fulfillment conditions for all orders placed with Nextday Sciences LLC operating under the brand Nextday Peptides.
1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS (STRICT)
Nextday Peptides operates under a manual payment model. The ONLY accepted payment methods are:
- Zelle
- Cash App
- Venmo
- Cryptocurrency
🚫 Credit cards, debit cards, gift cards, warranties, or card-based processors are NOT accepted under any circumstances.
By completing checkout, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you understand and accept this payment structure.
2. PAYMENT OBLIGATION & INSTRUCTIONS
By selecting “Complete Payment” at checkout, you agree that:
- Checkout creates a binding obligation to submit payment
- Orders are not considered paid until funds are successfully received
- Payment instructions are clearly provided on the Website and/or post-checkout
- You are required to enter ONLY your 4-digit order number when submitting payment
- No additional notes, descriptions, or information may be included with payment
Failure to follow payment instructions may result in order cancellation, delayed processing, or permanent account restriction.
3. UNPAID ORDERS & BLACKLISTING
Orders that are not paid within the stated payment window may be cancelled without notice.
Nextday Sciences LLC reserves the right to permanently blacklist customers who fail to complete payment, including blacklisting of:
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Associated customer identifiers
Blacklisting decisions are final and non-reversible.
4. NO REFUNDS — ALL SALES FINAL
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Under no circumstances are refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations issued once an order is placed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Failure to submit payment correctly
- Failure to follow payment instructions
- Change of mind
- Duplicate or accidental orders
- Shipping delays
- Customs inspections or seizures
- Carrier issues
- Misunderstanding of product designation
- Product misuse or improper handling
- Order abandonment
By placing an order, you expressly waive any right to dispute, reverse, or recover payment.
5. RETURNS
Returns are not accepted for any Products.
Due to the nature of Research Use Only (RUO) laboratory materials, all sales are final for safety, integrity, and compliance reasons.
6. FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING STRUCTURE
Nextday Sciences LLC operates as a research supply distributor and coordinates fulfillment through independent third-party partners and sourcing manufacturers. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the following fulfillment model:
A. Single-Unit Orders (“Singles”)
- Single-unit Products are typically shipped directly from independent fulfillment partners
- In limited cases, Singles may ship directly from Nextday Sciences LLC only when inventory is personally held in stock
- Partner-fulfilled Singles may ship from various domestic locations
B. Multi-Unit Orders (“Boxes”)
- Box orders are shipped directly from the sourcing manufacturer
- Manufacturer shipments may originate from domestic or international facilities
C. General Acknowledgments
- Fulfillment origin, routing, packaging, and shipping timelines may vary
- Nextday Sciences LLC does not manufacture Products unless explicitly stated
- Third-party fulfillment does not alter RUO designation
- The Company is not responsible for carrier delays, customs actions, or third-party handling
7. CERTIFICATES OF ANALYSIS (COAs)
Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided by the originating partner, supplier, or manufacturing facility. You acknowledge that:
- COAs may not reference “Nextday Sciences LLC” or “Nextday Peptides.”
- COAs may list a third-party laboratory or facility
- COAs are provided as-is for informational and research documentation purposes only
- Nextday Sciences LLC does not alter, reissue, or rebrand third-party COAs
- COAs are not guarantees of safety, suitability, or fitness for any use
8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
For international shipments:
- Customers assume all customs and import risk
- No refunds or reships for seized, delayed, or rejected packages
- International shipping is offered at the Company’s sole discretion
