Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated when you use our site:

• Identity and contact details — name, email address, and phone number when you provide them
• Shipping and billing addresses used to fulfill and verify orders
• Order details — products, quantities, pricing, discounts or promotions applied at checkout, shipping method, and payment method selection
• Payment-related information needed to complete the method you choose (for example Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Link Money bank transfer, Bitcoin via Blockonomics, or check / money order). We do not store full credit or debit card numbers because we do not accept cards
• Marketing preferences — newsletter opt-in from the site footer, and optional marketing consent selected at checkout (when checked, the email is added to our marketing/campaign list)
• Imported marketing contacts when we migrate or import an existing email list (for example from a prior email platform)
• Cart and checkout activity used for abandoned-cart recovery — including products added to your cart, cart totals, pages viewed during shopping, and contact details you enter (such as email, name, and phone) so we can identify the session and, if you leave without completing checkout, reach you by phone call, SMS/text, or email
• Support communications you send to our team, including live chat messages when you use on-site chat
• Limited technical and usage data such as pages viewed, referral source, and general device information through analytics tools

How We Use Your Information

• Process, verify, fulfill, and support orders — including payment instructions, tax calculation where applicable, shipping labels, and tracking updates
• Send transactional emails related to your order (confirmations, payment reminders, shipment notices)
• Operate abandoned-cart recovery: if you add items to your cart and provide contact details (or begin checkout) but leave without completing a purchase, we may contact you by phone call, SMS/text message, or email to help you finish your order
• Operate our marketing email list and send promotional campaigns (such as sales or product announcements) only to contacts on that list
• Measure campaign engagement with standard email technologies, including open-tracking pixels and unsubscribe links
• Respond to customer support inquiries via email or live chat
• Improve site performance, checkout reliability, and understand how visitors use the store
• Meet legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping obligations

Abandoned Cart Recovery & Consent

By visiting and using nextdaypeptides.com, and by checking the required checkout contact-consent box, you acknowledge and consent to our abandoned-cart recovery program as described in this Privacy Policy. We may store a browser cart session, cart contents, and identifying information you provide on checkout (for example name, email, phone, or shipping address) even if you do not place an order, so we can recognize returning shoppers and reach you if you leave items behind.

When you provide a mobile number and accept the checkout consent, you give express consent for Nextday Sciences LLC (doing business as Nextday Peptides) to contact you about that cart or order by phone call and SMS/text message, as well as by email. Abandoned-cart outreach is a transactional reminder about an incomplete purchase attempt — not a marketing campaign. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel texts, or contact orders@nextdaypeptides.com to opt out of cart-recovery phone, SMS, or email contact.

Completing a purchase, clearing your cart, or successfully checking out stops further recovery messages for that session. Optional marketing list subscriptions remain separate and still require an explicit marketing opt-in where offered.

Marketing Emails & Unsubscribe

We maintain a marketing contact list in our store admin (newsletter subscribers). Contacts may be added when you subscribe in the site footer, when you optionally opt in to marketing at checkout, or when we import contacts from a prior email platform. Completing a purchase alone does not add you to marketing campaigns. Abandoned-cart recovery reminders are not the same as marketing campaigns.

Promotional emails include an unsubscribe link (and, where supported, List-Unsubscribe headers). When you unsubscribe, we remove your email from the marketing list so you will not receive future marketing campaigns. We may keep a limited record of the unsubscribe event on the related campaign for compliance and reporting. Unsubscribing from marketing does not delete order records needed for fulfillment, tax, or support, and does not automatically delete abandoned-cart session logs needed for fraud prevention or operations.

Analytics & Live Chat

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect aggregated usage data such as pages visited, referral source, and general device information. GA4 may use cookies or similar technologies as described in Google’s policies.

We use Tawk.to for optional live chat support. If you start a chat, Tawk.to and our team may process the information you submit in that conversation under their respective policies and ours.

Sharing & Sale of Data

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the store, and only as needed to provide those services, including:

• Payment partners you select at checkout (for example Link Money, Blockonomics for Bitcoin, and the apps used for Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App payments)
• Shipping carriers and tracking providers used to deliver and track packages
• Email delivery infrastructure used to send transactional and marketing messages
• Analytics (Google Analytics) and live chat (Tawk.to)
• Hosting, database, and security providers that power nextdaypeptides.com and our admin systems

Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect order and contact information. We retain order records as needed for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and customer-support purposes. Marketing contacts remain on our list until they unsubscribe or are otherwise removed; unsubscribed marketing contacts are deleted from the marketing list as described above.

Your Choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any promotional message or our unsubscribe page — this removes your address from the marketing list
• Decline or close live chat if you prefer not to use that channel
• Contact orders@nextdaypeptides.com to request access to or correction of personal information associated with your orders, to opt out of abandoned-cart recovery by phone, SMS, or email, or to ask questions about this policy

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product, checkout, or marketing changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The version published on this page is the current policy.
